All this info doesn't help me one bit , if I select cable channel get channel 12 and a few others if I select Air I onlycl get channel 5 and nothing else these instructions are not for my TV so disgusting

Thanks. After just getting rid of cable TV I'm going back to the old school way of watching TV. I hooked up an antenna but couldn't see my local stations. Oh yeah, duh, reset local channels. It worked!

I don't have the remote that came with the TV I have a universal remote the TV is a Verizon 12:10 I'm getting half the channel that I was I used to know how to scan it but I've got none up in the years my son usually comes by and does it but I can't get ahold of the TV has menu on it you push that then you get a lot of different things on the corner of the TV it's supposed to come to a channel scan which I cannot get it to go to channel
