I look forward to doing my one these iv got in my stash waiting for the rite time to build it been a bigger project a wrecker truck ye know looks awsome in orange👍
Lmao you completely assembled the rear axle assemblies wrong in wrong position in the first part of video later in video its in correct position no wonder you didn't show it installed smh
Hey there thanks for sharing your thoughts, yes I totally agree with you, I remember this model has an issue with the manual itself it was a bit unusual which led to some confusion. No excuses but the mirroring made me lose it lmao, Also I'll make sure next time to show more details about the rear axle as you mentioned in your comment. Thanks for letting me know what you think. Happy modeling
HI, I just bought this kit a few days ago. At 1:30 when you show the Rear Frame Member, the part member shows on my instruction sheet as having two parts. You as well show two parts, however in my parts tree there is the frame member as being a whole part (Just One Piece). Is this common? It fits, am pretty sure it is the correct part though. As far as I can tell, it is the correct part, but is just a single piece. Your build has helped me a lot, Cheers. By the way, it looks like at 2:50 the Two Front Cab Supports are on facing backwards? Should they be facing the front? I noticed at 9:23 the Suspension Carriers are in the correct position, earlier in the build you must have had them too far forward and then moved them back into position.
Hello 👋 thanks for sharing your thoughts. As far as I remember In this Model assembly you are right, I had a similar problem with the parts.. some of them don't reflect what is in the manual in terms of positioning and identification, but as u said ull notice yourself as the end it cannot but be the correct part. I agree with you. Also regarding the front cab supports, u are right, it shows at 2:50 they are facing the wrong side but later on I correct them in the next part of the assembly same for the suspension carriers... I do remember that this Model had a bit complicated manual specially with mirroring... Bas at any stage u could always correct which luckily I did. Thanks alot for sharing! Happy modeling!!
Привет The quality of your videos are getting better and better each time, really loved the build and especially the paint and weathering, It’s so detailed, you did an outstanding job mate. Just MARVELLOUS and a superB result ;) Продолжайте хорошую работу <3 !
Nice job. Great detail and Cool paint choice. I did this kit about a year ago. Mine came out alright, my lay out for the build was a lot better in my head. Once I got started , it wasn't looking anything close to my plan.. 🤔 And I ran into a lot of fit issues. But when it was all said and done , it wasn't what I wanted ,but came out alright. I still enjoyed the build. Again, Nice Work..👍
Cheers buddy thanks for that. I do agree this built had a lot of fitting issues, specially on AMT builds. I had to alter a bit the instructions on the manual to make it work. Would love to see your model once it's done. Thanks again!
What a wonderful and amazing video berbZmodelZ... It gives me great satisfaction to know that many are starting to give these old AMT big rig models the love and attention these old girls deserve. EXCELLENT video series build. SUBSCRIBED.
Are you using the iwata hp-sbs or the hp-sb. I would love to find the hp-sbs because of the bigger needle, bit they don't make them anymore. The hp-sb has the .2 mm needle, which is what is available now. Great air brushes.
When I received the notification, I knew immediately this was undoubtedly going to be an awesome build! ;) I love this custom big rigs :P Great work, keep going !
