My massy has the same belly mower and it says it is never okay to drive the rear tires over the deck. You drive the front tires over in reverse in 4 wheel drive! Just saying that the technique you use is not the correct way according to the manufacturer manual
I work delivering bread to supermarkets every morning and our truck horn sounds identical. 🤯 I'm going to have to look under the hood and see what they use. 🤔 Nice Road King. They look good in white. 👍🇺🇸🛵💨
Mine has a little over 500 hours. Out of the blue, it does not move in high range. I added type 46 hydraulic fluid. No change. Sight glass shows nothing.... or is over-full. It worked fine in high range 2 weeks ago, not a glitch.
My GC1723 manual says to change annually or every 250 hours on the hydraulic fluid and the same for the engine oil. I'm surprised the GC1705 calls for 500 hour intervals. The guy at Blackstone Labs suggested that I test TAN which I did and the starting point for new Permatran 821XL was 3.7. I'm going to send off a used Permatran sample soon to see how much higher it gets after about 16 months and about 50 hours of use but the annual change recommendation in the manual is because they know TAN will go up over time even with low hours.
They blow out if you overfill with fluid and/or if the little breather hole in the side of the rubber fill cap is plugged up. Make sure the fill cap is not caked over with mud and dirt. You should be able to blow air right through the hole in the cap. To repair the sight glass you have to clean it all up and silicone seal it back in place.
Thanks for guiding me through a successful install. The only trouble I had was understanding you when it came to connecting colored wires on the harness. Had to figure that out on my own. Slow down and speak clearly!
What I did notice is that most those drivers knew the bike rider WAS there and didn't give a damn and the horn did not stop anyone from cutting in. Horn sounds great though.
you are right it has been great having my 1720 help save me so much work with my firewood business it really was an impulse buy but man has it worked out for me

Thank s for making the video, definitely will add this to my 2018 Chief Vintage. I got a question, what's the name of that song you have at the end of the video while you are riding?
My Neighbor has a kit like that on a Goldwing. Nice video I subscribed to your channel. I wonder what it's like to ride a trike or sidecar. Looks like you had fun riding the trike. You have a good setup for your video/sound.
Any idea how the beaver thinks about you guys: those damned humans, always destroying my work. Don't they know I need the dam to survive? Idiots. Respect nature like you want to be respected as well.
