I'm not entirely certain but i suspect a few reasons 1. The 2015 cluj stickers scrape down to be a tiny logo. All Cluj stickers are going up in pruce due to this 2. All maikelele stickers are quite old at this point with low supply, so naturally they are more expensive due to scarcity 3. I'm pretty sure people use the first letter to spell out things thay requires an M

Buff should be more and more irrelevant for the price checks, cuz everyone forgot, how to trade boxes, when buff banned them on their site - that's wack, and now, buff is useless for almost anyone outside.
If you had an alipay account connected it allows u to use buff as normal. About 2 years ago I downloaded alipay and signed up for the “tourist visa” which lasted 90 days during which i bought some skins using credit card funds sent to alipay. Yeah i mighve given the chinese gov my data but oh well. Im from Latvia and have no other connections to china, didnt use a VPN either
I have a chinese bank account, and have alipay/wechat pay. You now need to verify chinese resident card to sell. You can still buy as normal. This change happened this week.
Netease still have a monopoly in China, doubt they'll be losing money anytime soon. More worried about our trading, hopefully ca float can get just as good. Thanks for your view mate!
Nice video. I like the format with multiple different topics. Since you asked for recommendations, I would suggest adding the word 'News' to the title such as 'CS Weekly Market and News Update' so you can draw in viewers who may not be interested in CS2 investing but are interested in CS2 news. I think what is missing in addition to all the facts and data is insightful opinions and commentary about WHY certain items in the market are changing in price. For example, the market has shown patterns that stickers 2018-older, collection skins and operation stickers are rising in price and the reason WHY is because they have far more genuine rarity than recent borderless major stickers and people are looking to areas of the market with genuine rarity now. I can provide both the information about what is rising and I can also provide the reason WHY it's happening.
Hey there mate. Thanks for your comment. I have though about adding news to the title, although I strive to cover mostly about skins. I am afraid adding news will also mean people who are not interested in skins will click on the video too and bring down the retention rate. As for explaining reasons behind rises and falls. I also agree, but I want to keep a balance between explaining everything with a shorter video. And yes, you are right about boaderless stickers, the design has been reused 4 times, and somehow rio sold less than all 4 being in the middle. One more thing, I also wanted to strike a balance between people who have knowledge like you and people who are new. So I will gloss over things to not bore people, especially those who will watch week after week, being mostly people with quite a bit of background knowledge.
Depends. Active case trading is on the steam market for the most part for the average player anyway. I would worry about the others though, there is simply no other market place that everyone is happy to use.
Horizon case items fluctuate really wildly, especially cause there are so few of them. Only 28 of st bs devourers are listed on Buff at the moment. Hopefully it picks back up for you soon mate 🙏
Hi there, thank you for your comment. I do not actually own any items in the portfolio, and data is scraped off Buff, fortunately, I can include any item I want without owning any of the skins. The skins are selected to represent a typical liquid portfolio of skins. People's mileage may vary depending on their own collection, for example, a blue gem collector will have skins that are very illiquid, and their trades are not representative of the market. The intention of showing a liquid portfolio is to see how the market reacts to certain changes in the game, and what the general trend is for different categories of items. Specific skins are also covered when they are outside of the portfolio as well depending on the news of the week, like the overpass collection for the past 2 weeks. So again, thank you for your comment, and I can see that you have been subscribed for over a month, so thank you for that as well.
@@SkinomiCS2 Thanks for the detailed response! How do you scrape the data? Do you use a Python script? Also, it's quite fascinating. You seem to have some knowledge of web scraping, investment, and market trends. Are you a data analyst by any chance?
I wish I knew Python hahaha, nah, I do it manually. I have every item saved in a list so getting the price takes about 3 minutes for the items. My day job is an investment analyst hence why I am still learning how to use Premier, Photoshop etc.
Hey man great video! I have 2 suggestions: 1) have some background music to hide dead air or awkwardness, there's plenty of royalty free tracks available 2) maybe split videos into 2 separate shorter videos? One covering cs market other covering pro scene and game news, so people watch what they are interested in
Hi there, interestingly i did think about both. I haven't done music yet because I'm still trying to fix the balance of audio but will try in the near future. As for spliting it, I might have to at this rate because only very few people watch til the end, but my thinking is that, personally, I hated it when youtubers beat around the bush and ask for viewers to watch multiple videos.
