I am Kristen, and I developed resilience at my lowest point. My seemingly perfect life fell apart when things beyond my control sent me into a downward spiral. I was diagnosed with cancer, fighting depression, in debt, struggling in my marriage, and trying to maintain a “normal” life for my family.
Being spiritually depleted, health compromised and emotionally drained sucked the joy from my life. All my energy went into getting through each day - leaving me exhausted and spent. Things felt hopeless.
So, I changed the only thing I could - me.
By letting go of things I couldn’t control I was able to free up space for things I could. I doubled down on the power of food to detox my life, strengthen my body, and fuel my dreams. One bite at a time, I created a life of passion and purpose.

I'm 58 years old and Never ever had an avocado up to about a year ago. Now I love them. I just made a AVOCADO Milkshake with 2 Avocado, 1- Mango, Oatmilk, honey, and 1 packet of Splenda sweetener. It was AWESOME ! AND......It DID NOT taste like Avocado or mango. It taste exactly like pistachio ice cream.
Highly processed = Bad for the health. But the thing is, good oil is a bit expensive but we've take note too. Too bad that the most common oils are the bad oils.

I am going to prepare it, I love avocado... how many calories do you think it has?
Not really worried about the calories because healthy medium chain triglycerides are the fats we burn for fuel, not store as fat. So if you are in fro waffles just enjoy and know its the chemistry of what you eat not the calories that really matter! Enjoy!
