I’m kind of disappointed tbh. I thought this was a legitimate quartz recreation of a mechanical split-second chronograph complication, but it turns out it’s just the realtime and chronograph second hands stacked on top of each other. I’m glad I watched this before buying one and thinking I was ripped off. It’s still a very cool design, though, and I might just buy one someday!
If I pull the crown out and the indicator hand stops does the blue hand have to face up? Because for me the hand is not straight and also not blue but orange is the one that is pointed almost up? Is it possible to make a video call with Timex to understand what I am doing wrong? Because right now compass does not work for me :(

I wonder if timex would ever make a higer end watch- like say somewhere along the lines of Oris or Fears. I really think they could go upmarket if they wanted to. I think people would buy a higher end timex.
I would ask where one could get one of these tools only the most recent comment I see is one year ago. Things in 2023 are not sold to be repaired (it seems.)
Am i understanding the instructions correctly that if i buy a Chronograph watch and want to know the time of day it will have nothing to do with the big numbers? I have to look at that tiny clock in the bottom?
It seems super complicated at first but it's actually very easy once you practice a bit. There was a time when this was the quintessential stop watch for sport and racing enthusiasts. Amazing history and functionality.
I recently purchased a Timex Weekender Peanuts Edition in Purple for my mother and she love it. Especially the indigo feature. Thank you Timex for making good looking useful timepiece that are available for purchase at an affordable price.
The best value American watch is the Ball Engineer at $1500. It's all American, down to the movement. If Timex released something with a USA-made movement I wouldn't mind dropping $500-1000 on one. Grow out of your pin lever fashion watch phase, Timex. You all have been at this for almost 2 centuries now. Get it together.
I love my Easy Reader. It was inexpensive and I call it my generic watch. My only complaint is it has this date function I never use. I recently bought a new watchband for it and I paid like 12 bucks for another simple black leather band.
Did this originally release with no date window? I would prefer what's in this video compared to what it seems I can buy now. I can't find any without a date window.
