You're partly right, of course. However, you have to consider two points: Firstly, this video is a test setup that is only meant to demonstrate the functionality. Also, this video is 10 years old and a lot has happened since then. On our website you will find many showcases from customers who can assure a cost-covering operation. You might also be interested in our Active Object Control technology, which enables belt speeds of up to 4.5 m/s to be achieved. See you on www.steinert.de!
Hi Karl! Thank you for your interest! Please get in contact with one of our specialists through our website. They will be able to answer your questions: www.steinert.de
Hi Hector! It depends... Unfortunately, I can't give you a precise statement on this yet with the available information. But please contact us with some more detailed information about the material. Then we can give you an exact estimate: steinertglobal.com/contact/
We use a controlled air flow to stabilise the objects. We call this technology Active Object Control. If you have any further questions, feel free to send them to us via the contact form and one of our experts will get back to you: steinertglobal.com/contact/
Hi Akhil! This depends highly on the material to be sorted. I recommend contacting our experts so they can give an estimate: steinertglobal.com/contact/
Hi Avtar! I'm afraid it's impossible to say exactly for many reasons. However, I can put you in touch with one of our experts who can then make an exact calculation for your application. Just take a look at steinertglobal.com/contact/

This is all from the junk brought in to scrapyards by scrappers retrieving metal junk from around and about and which has then been shredded and so this process here is further sorting of the previously shredded material to arrive at higher purity of separated materials. Scrappers will do some sorting and separating before bringing the junk to the scrapyard, in order to reap better prices, but there is always some sorting and separation which they either cannot or will not undertake, it being either beyond them or not worth it to them.
