Are you talking about the beaches in Incline Village? Those beaches are private for residents and their guests. However, most of the east shore is open to the public, the beaches are not easy to get to but they are beautiful.

This seems so expensive for what you're actually getting. But I guess you're paying more for the location than the property. Would love to see some more cheaper houses soon!

Yes, the prices seem high, when you factor in the tax savings you receive by not paying state income tax, and the awesome lifestyle you get living at Lake Tahoe, with the beautiful weather, clean air and great water it helps. Since I grew up at Lake Tahoe, and from your comments, it's obvious that I know more about this place than you do! For example just south of Thunderbird Lodge, there are two fairly famous beaches there. Chimney Beach is aptly named because there's a chimney still standing from one of the original cabins that George Whittel built to stay in while he was building Thunderbird Lodge. The other is called Hidden Beach, and, it's the one that's clothing optional. However, most people that go there just go nude when they get down near the beach. It's a long steep trail getting down there but well maintained.

Better yet let’s build a wall at Stateline Thanks for advertising for people to go to Incline for their second homes that stay vacant for half of the year. #1 reason : You won’t continue to ruin the rest of north lake. Good luck finding someone to do any blue collar jobs there. Haha. Maybe your kids will. Oh wait take a trip to Raley’s to see what that’s like. -you lock your doors to your Tesla to protect the wildlife from ingesting random crap not meant to be eaten. Not to protect you leather seats. -and yes you will have to put your own chains on your tires. Probably on the wrong ones.
It is a signed agreement. The trial with a jury found NAR guilty. Judge is only decided on if Realtors have future immunity from more lawsuits. The DOJ and Federal Resurve both published paper on the de-coupling of buyer and seller commission. NAR has already said this is happening no matter what the Judge says, and the agreement says to implement it as soon as possible.

All the crime in Tahoe is South Shore. The Douglas County cops DO NOT mess around. Dirt Bags are not dumb. California laws are liberal. Nevada are old school 💪👍
Yes, my good friend was a cop in South Lake, and she was forced to retires since she was busting everyone. I have several friends in Douglas Sherrif's office and you are right, they do not mess around, I love it.
