It's the loudest, noisiest, rowdiest campground I ever stayed in. I swore never again. Around 2 AM fellow campers started accosting kids on bicycles. Never again.
I use to raid all the grocery stores in yazoo city and buy every pack they all had to bring back to Chicago. Now i have found a couple places that have them in the Chicago area
@SweetSouthernLiving yes they are. At 1 point i could only find them at 1 store in the Chicago area. Now i know of 6 stores that keep them in stock. Well except when im in that area😁😁😁😁
The numbers are painted on the front of each site pad. I also inserted a map with numbers and circled the areas as I drove through them to help keep up with where we are. Hope that helps! Thanks for the feedback 💙
The sites are pretty small. This one is about location 😉 We paid about $50 a night. The website says: WINTER RATES 11/1 - 3/31 $45.50 + tax (Daily) $272 + tax (Weekly) Monthly - Call For Rates SUMMER RATES 4/1 - 10/31 $61.00 + tax (Daily) $366.00 + tax (Weekly) Monthly - Call for Rates
Thanks. You should check out Pigeon Forge Landing 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yaG0lMtzbLk.htmlsi=A8WwZNWLyHzo2ZfG It's a good one! Our next campground will be in Townsend, a little closer to Pigeon Forge too 😉 Thanks for watching! We look forward to visiting Nashville one day 😍
I pretty much grew up on the beaches during the summers growing up. Now live in mid west not so much lol. But I've started taken my son to Galveston and he is like me can't get him out of the water Loves it.
What a coincidence... we just visited there yesterday for the first time on our way home from Gulf Shores. We just wanted to check it out and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The staff was very welcoming and told us to go peek in the windows at the first cabin since it was vacant. Now we want to stay there one weekend in the Fall. It looks like they had some major storm damage that they're still recovering from, but it's a very pretty place.
We’ve stayed at Doc’s for the last 10 years in July. We always rented a park model. When they first installed them they were nice. But, in 2024 they are junk. They are run down and over priced for what they are. The one we stay in had a severe leak this year(2024). Water was coming in the power box and thermostat. It killed the AC. Luckily they had another one open to move us to. But we were away from our family. We want stay there again and certainly not in a park model.
It's pretty close to perfect if you ask us 😎 February avg: hi 66° / low 46° March avg: hi 71°/ low 51° We average around 6 days of rain during the winter months ☀️
That’s crazy I live there. Im so tired of the tourists they just leave trash on the beaches also I was there earlier this spring and there was a six foot shark it was pretty cool I got really close on my paddle board he was about 5 feet away
It’s not sharks it’s jellyfish I got stung by on a few days ago then my sister caught one and I stung myself purposely and it hurt really bad they were about the size of my fist
It's the worst campground. Not taken care of at all. Lazy river area very dirty. Grass was so overgrown. Weeds coming thru concrete in pool. Train ride for the family was down, due to maintenance. Main pool closed due to maintenance. Didn't see one person doing anything around campground. On there website they said chocolate weekend. Never seen any activities with chocolate. Don't waste your money.
Just last week we had 2 killer whales "orca's bout mile off the destination east pass str8 spot from jetties. They got a video of it on RU-vid somewhere
Thanks! I'm not sure about long term rentals. They allow up to 29 days on the website and it says call after that. Their # is 251-968-8884 :-) Good luck!
