@@RandomsStarz i am impressed, and loved the video, don't read me wrong. I just wanna see the ships all lift off in sequence (like the squad formation takeoffs the air force does) in a tight precision maneuver, that would be cinematic.
I find it funny how the Hammerhead was literally designed to be able to take on fighters and this one couldn't even take six I know its AI but this video is great for showing how far CIG still have to go to get it right
It's mainly just how the AI isn't great and the server tech (right now) is absolutely terrible. If it had been crewed by players the swarm would be gone in less than 30 seconds.
Really needs more firepower tbh; that DPS was pathetic. Still, love the design & cockpit, but Star Citizen needs a combat overhaul since missles & kinetic weapons are beyond useless at the moment.
VTOL essentially gives you more precision movements for getting through tight spots, landing at the right spot or just about anywhere. The 2 back thrusters turn 90 degrees so it faces the floor. That's how VTOL works on this ship. If I remember correctly.
