Gooday Ladies and Gentlemen and everybody inbetween. My name is Ian and I am a young fella from Tasmania. Currently and for the past year I have been travelling Chile and South America, shortly I will be in Canada adventuring and exploring up that way. I make Outdoor adventure and exploring videos in the Beach, Bush and Forest lands while also exploring a cave here and there. I also make videos and quick and easy cooking recipies that you can make on the road or at home. The cooking videos are a good laugh as they are not so serious but serious enough to make sure the food turns out tasty and substantial hehe. The name Tazzie Sasquatch is becuase I am From Tazzie or Tasmania and I am quite hairy hehe.

You are brave for washing your lettuce in the river lol. I'd be paranoid about Giardia, I don't care how nicely it's flowing. Also straight up mayo with your steak? GROSS. Get some A1 sauce brother. Liked the video nonetheless.
@jasras5003 Ah cheers mate glad you liked the video. Ive been drinking creek and river water since I was a little fella so its just in the blood now ha. Not a fan of the strait mayo and ham ay? Yeah I gotta say I am a bit of a sucker for it haha. I will have to check out that A1 sauce next time I head to a shop, I do love a good BBQ sauce, thanks for the recommendation.
@@TazzieSasquatch Ah your stomach is made of iron by now then I reckon. The rivers in Southern California are usually contaminated due to runoff, even in the mountains. Mayo is good for dipping, but I gotta mix in some honey mustard or maybe some ranch powder and sour cream. I do like a good tartar sauce too. Have fun and stay safe out there!

I live in the area and run a touring business. Should head up East Harrison Lake FSR, lots of nice spots and some hotsprings up there, all easily accessible. Ask any questions if you got em, I've been everywhere haha. Have fun enjoying the area. P.S. If you WANT to see a bear, there is an area called Nahatlatch (unsure of your rigs capabilites) where you can find Grizzlies quite often.
