Thank you for fostering these beautiful dogs. We have two greyhounds that adopted us Beautiful dogs and perfect companions. The racing industry has a lot to answer for the way they treat these gentle dogs. ❤️🐾❤️
@@missapippin9020 Greyhounds are a bit of an addiction, you can't just stop at one 🧡 Keeping all our fingers and paws crossed that the Auzzy racing industry follows in the footsteps of other countries and shuts down 🤞🏻

Oh girl….a can NOT believe you made all of these patterns…how long did it take you? I always feel way ambitious promising myself I will do all the patterns in a book and after paging through the patterns I’m like nah… I did make the T-Rex but in DK so he turned out HUGE! Definitely used way more than 250g of cotton on him 😂
@@nadenejacobs2031 the T-Rex was a big boy 🤪 this book took me probably half a year, I needed breaks in between making these because of all the sewing and made some Pica Pau characters instead ☺️
Hey Mads, just out of curiosity, how long did it take you to make all the patterns from the first book? I'm on a mission to create all the critters from the book. So far, I've made the caiman and donkey and currently working on the panda. @GreyAndCrochet
Just wanted to ask also, have you ever seen any Paton's Sierra yarn (in the donut balls) in mill ends bags when you search through? I watched a video from another channel that was showing all this amazing Sierra yarn but from a year ago, and I was so envious knowing they had found this in mill ends bags!??! As far as I remember I've never seen that in a mill ends bag before, but only at Lincraft and only then online, not in store, and for $10 full price, so I was so amazed and surprised to see they had found it in mill ends bags, especially when that is at Spotlight and I thought you could only get it at Lincraft, so opposing stores!! Just made me curious if anyone else had ever had the same luck finding this in their search???
@@alwayslearning9272 I haven't seen any in Millends in my local stores but from memory Coco's Crochet got lucky with some Sierra Millends last year too. They sell Sierra in Spotlight now, Big W as well (in VIC anyway)
* forgot to mention too, even when ordering on line, if you do Click and Collect they will let you swap over to the same dye lot number if you ask, so you don't have to be ok with getting three different lot numbers. Just wanted to let you know that for future reference, all I did was ask and they were happy to change it over for me, and one time they let me change it myself so then I could be extra sure that I was getting the same number! 😉
You definitely know all the tips and tricks to get Spotlight to work in your favour, and couldn't agree more about the mill ends packs! Also, speaking of the Moda Vera brand I was lucky enough to find a mill ends bag today that had Moda Vera Valley in it, so that was a really good find! Even at $10 for the mill ends bag (slightly on sale but not as good as the $6 from last week!) finding 3 balls of Moda Vera Valley for $10 total when they're usually $10 each full price was worth it to me! 😲😊

I respect anyone who knows how to have an eye for a bargain and a good sale, well done! I've just got a click and collect order today with the current 50% off all yarn sale at Spotlight, had to make good use of that when it's all yarn, not just certain brands! Love that this means you can get the mill ends for half price as well, $6 for a nice bag of those is always a good thing! Enjoy if you're doing the same! :) Was wondering as a afterthought, have you used the other Mandala yarn from Lionbrand before? I got some with my click and collect order as I saw that even though the cakes are 150g they are really good metreage, around 504 metres per cake from memory, very good!
@@alwayslearning9272 I bought some mill ends in this sale too! Some mandala ombre + another bag. The only mandala yarn I've used is the ombres in the millend bags, it's lovely to work with, so soft! Enjoy your haul 🧶
You did well to find the mandala yarn in the mill ends packs, that's not so easy to do, well I've never seen any in SA before anyway, well done! I've been having a bit of a look around at different stores but haven't found anything exciting in the mill ends yet, but did get some other mandala yarn to try, just need to decide what I'm going to make with it! 😉🤔🤷🏻♀️
I don’t think the dog is realistically doing what he would like to do just holding a run and staying immobile! But you know the owners are used to project their feelings over the animals and that’s why they are started suffering even our psychosis! 😂😂😂
Every dog is different 🐾 As you can see in the video his lead is just laying there, he could wander off if he wanted to but he quite enjoys just laying there and snacking on grass.
What are you crocheting ? It looks nice, love the colors. I know the feeling, for me it's sitting with shirt or a skirt to unstich. Peace and quiet is so priceless! Enjoy yours with your beautiful dog.
