Now a lady in Ohio got killed because of the same scam I got scammed on Uber does not care about nobody people remember that, Uber will not give me my money back. That's how much they care even though their platform sent me there. I think it's an inside job. Watch out Uber is scamming everybody
I tried to tell Uber to take this serious when this scam happened to me. I told him this is happening Uber drivers all over the country. They wouldn't return my money or help investigate this. They basically turned their back on me and didn't take this serious. So now a lady's dead because Uber didn't take their platform being scammed serious. How many more people have to be killed Uber before you do something and are you going to ever give me my money back because it was your platform that sent me to this airport run
I told everybody at Uber. This was a serious problem now with the similar scam an Uber driver has been killed, their platform is very dangerous to use. As you can see someone got killed but they don't care. They didn't care to help me to get my money back. So let's see if this will open their eyes. Yes it really hurt me. He got me for over $400 and that was my utility money. I was almost in tears and Uber won't help me out at all. They basically are acting like it's my fault. But that's a shame because I got the trip from their platform and if I was CEO of uber I would want to know who is using a scam on my platform. But it seems like Uber doesn't give a crap. Uber doesn't care about its drivers or anything cuz a real honest credit card company would have issued me a credit immediately and did an investigation. I've contacted the Federal trade commission and I've made a police report and I've done everything I'm supposed to but it's still not enough for Uber and their credit card. So don't use the Uber pro credit card. It's a joke and I'm not a rich person that $400 hurt me

Folks, I'm begging you and giving you some good advice. Do not use the Uber pro card ever. This card is a scam. It says MasterCard on it but it's not a real credit card. A real credit card would have looked at this video and all the evidence put a credit on your account like all my other credit cards and did their own investigation. And you can't trust Uber either. I'm just going to have my money direct deposited into my bank account that I trust and that stands behind me. Obviously Uber pro card doesn't stand behind their drivers and they don't care and most of the time you call them you can't understand what they're saying. Anyway. These are both the same entity even though they're not, they're still linked. I've already contacted the FTC. My governor's office in Virginia, my local media news station. The local newspaper and I filed a police report and after doing all this like I'm supposed to Uber pro card said it's still not enough so I'm shutting it down permanently. No more Uber pro card. This is not a real credit card and think about it. The money you put in their savings contribution. You're not getting any interest on that so who's getting the interest? You know who's getting any interest Uber pro and Uber they're all linked. They're all crooks. I will never trust anybody again. Lesson learned. Yes I was there but I got called up in the moment. I was frustrated looking for this trip and then I get this call so I think everything's okay and you got it meant the guy sounded very legit. This is sad because I do not have $400 to pay and Uber pro cards saying I owe the backup balance. Well guess what Uber pro card come try to get it cuz you're not going to goodbye Uber pro card. Crooks. I've also contacted evolve Bank and trust that's the bank that sponsors the Uber MasterCard and they're doing their own investigation and they're completely on my side. They are very nice people to talk to.
Yes it seemed like a real call but it was a fake call and they emptied out my Uber pro card credit card of over $400, now I'm having to fight with Uber and the credit card to get my money back. It's sad
The Uber pro card people sent me an email and said they're not going to pay me my money back. Can you believe that? And that I'm still responsible for the backup balance.
