Maybe you can help me. I want to use the mini 4 pro or the air 3 mainly to compliment my other cams for motovlogging. I mainly want one of these for awesome shots, but I also don't want to over spend. I was seriously considering the newer Hoverair x1 pro max but the price compared to mini 4 pro and air 3 makes me think i should just stick with dji. Other than that, it will be just vids and pics of my city for b-roll in my vids.
Never give up! I started FPV on the Avata 1 and after countless hours on the sim and in the air I got to the point where I could speed over the ground at only 2-3 feet even with tight turns. Now I build my own drones. That is the best because you can build drones for specific uses. FPV is awesome!
The obstacle avoidance was disabled when I did the last Firmware Update on my Mavic 3 (along with the expo and some photo settings). Now I double check every setting after an update...
Subscribed just because you left that crash in the video. Love the honesty. Nothing pretentious or perfect, just the average day in the life of a drone pilot. WV is a great place to fly!
Just sold my Yuneec Typhoon H and been going back and forth over the mini 4 pro and Air 3. You just helped me decide… thank you. Great recap. One of the best out there.
Air 3. Or actually maybe wait for the Air 3S that looks from leaks to be coming out in the next couple months. I think you'll miss the wind resistance (and maybe speed?) from your Typhoon on the Mini 4 Pro.
the problem with changing shutter speed to fix overexposing is that they should match double fps to have a true "cinematic" video with natural motion blur (24/25 fps and 1/50 shutter speed), that's why ND filters exist
I'm very confused on how you configured your remote on curry kitten because there's no way to control the going up and down with the left joystick on the manual, remote and having the throttle on the right simultaneously I know there's a setting 12 and three but that's still doesn't help configure the right DJI avatar 2 settings
i bought my avata 2 yesterday goggles and controller today. im new fpv flyer and i will NOT be practising, buying licences or insurance. if someones in the way they should of been there and if i break it ill repair/replace it not a problem
My timeline matches yours very closely. I grabbed Avata 2, appreciating the multiple sets of training wheels they provide from pathetic Beginner speed mode to almost full manual but with excessive angle inhibited. I am a few weeks in, about to spend time with Liftoff, and ordered a Neo to do my first Manual Flights with. It has so little mass, it should hold up to most crashes within reason. If not, Care Refresh is only $22 a year on the little guy, It's less intimidating if you are not worried about crashing a $1500 investment, but have all the gear to fly a $200 little guy.
Goodday ! I am Evertjan from Holland,..30 miles from Amsterdam,....i fly the Air 3 as wqell,..great drone,..but i have to get more familiar with ND filters,CPL Filter and UV filter,..shuttertimes etc
Great vid, Thanks. The main batteries are the major draw, so 100w makes a big difference. The goggles and controller are smaller batteries so having the big charging power doesn't make such a big difference. Good info here. I just snagged the Anker through your link for $23.99.
i don’t comment usually but this video is just great, you just cut to the chase, you don’t sell anything but yourself and you do this pretty well. Informative, relatively short video packed with useful information and additional sources made by yourself in description. Few youtubers like you left.
