Creating a space that is personal, relaxing, inspiring and that grows with you is a process of discovery and learning. It has the power to bring great joy and enrich relationships. This has been my experience with making whichever house I've lived in my home.
Because home is a feeling, it is more than a brief to an interior design firm, it is the small things added every day over several years that develop a persona of its own. Every small action in improving your home improves the energy around you and in your life. With this belief, I share my experiments with design, decor, DIY, gardening and art. I hope it's a journey of inspiration and delight.

Actually u gave 10/10 for nano white in all the three test then why ur not suggesting tat.. I can see tat in most of comment ur reply is quartz eventhough u gave 8/10 in stain test
Yes indeed nano white does require special care for installation but otherwise it is quite hardy, and stain and heat resistant as well however for me the main drawback was the lack of colour options as it is predominantly a very plain white option
Hmmm I wonder if, with the string method, you can use spray adhesive to apply the string, spraypaint it and then remove the string. Might make for a nice swirly, abstract effect
@@fariyakhan1793 it was a very neutral home and so very renter friendly😊 but I think a lot of that whites, creams and light wood tones is something a lot of people really liked about the Singapore home
Hi may i know the light that is screwed on the wall behing you 7:09 . Is that from ikea india too? If yes could you please share the product name . Thanks
@NestArtfully Can you please guide about detailed information on how to install full body as a kitchen counter top, also if further is maintenance required like granite every few years? How to ensure durability & no cracks while installing & over coming years? If possible now, so that I can make an informed decision with your help 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
With regards to installation we got it done with a team that was comfortable installing quartz as it has to be handled with more care with regards to level so as to not develop cracks. In terms of durability the hardness is best after granite but in terms of stains granite obviously hides stains well especially black granite. In my experience a little sabina powder or acetone does the trick in cleaning up any stain. However in the area immediately around the stove I will be placing oil sticker to ensure it stays clean and stain free. This is my first time using quartz so any more practical info I will only be able to share after using it for a decent period of time.
All accessories seen here and the kitchen itself is a display unit at the brand Konverto's bangalore HSR branch, you can connect with them at 080505 53166
Love your work but I have enjoyed your diy art pieces in your very first few videos . I do miss seeing such content . I loved what you created with your hands
Thank you 💛 I understand and will be doing DIY videos again after we move into our new home at the moment our rented home has nearly zero outdoor space to work without exposing my kids to all the material also no space to add new items to 😅 one of the reasons for our move to be able to create more with our hands in a realistic manner
Thank you so much Bindu! Sounds so exciting, will be nice, Mangalore is a lovely place and very nice for some weekend trips around, also easy to access beaches now!
As always, very concise and informative video. The store has added some interesting pieces all around. I have had mixed experience with their products. Some fail immediately and some have held up well.
Thank you so much and yes totally agree with you that some products work very well while others are not up to par. If you don't mind could you let us know the products you didn't have a good experience with?
@@NestArtfully Their sofa cum bed with storage and a cupboard were fine as long as they were not moved. Once reassembled once or twice they started to fall apart. This happens with mdf furniture in general but they are not cheaper. Apart from that, bath towels started unraveling at first wash. There are other things too like furnishings and crockery which were priced similar to Home Centre but the quality is subpar. Having said that, their air tight jars are awesome. Their mat frames and artificial plants have held up over a decade. I really like their compact shoe cabinets, and would like to give them a try. The lights you bought are gorgeous as well.
