Pls clear my doubt..travel cakes should be dry if we put cream or fanache it will not stay for a long time or it stays without refridgerator

Hello sir.. As i have seen other recipes also and they have used corn flour, so i was confused which flour u have used all purpose flour or corn flour? And do I have to turn on both the rods in the oven or only the bottom one ?

Agar agar is more brittle so might not work well in this receipe

It’s macaron your making. Not macaroons which are also a French cookie made with coconut and egg whites normally.
