i think in general the reason for so many one-off or very limited appearance characters is to create a demand for toys. make kids beg their parents. i remember as a kid seeing the likes of bulgy and thumper in catalogs, though i had not seen the episodes with them. some other examples could include fergus, george, bulstrode, arthur, and harvey

Diesel 10 you're a machine, you're not a real engine, you're a frickin Robot 🤖, that's why you have a claw on top of you, you're a robot, but that's what I like about you.
I think you could have done more with Duck by talking about "the Great Western Way" and crashing into the barber's shop, but the Donald & Douglas bit is *HILARIOUS!*
You should do the narrow gauge characters or the other standard gauge characters next. If I were to suggest a character for this series, it would be Sam, bc that blud had so much potential. And if he was used in the series to explain articulated steam engines, then people wouldn't always be questioning how a steam engine with more than one set of driving wheels would go around a curve. Sorry for going off topic, but I love these videos so far! Keep up the good work.
