Hello! We're Dicebreaker - a delightful channel all about tabletop games starring Michael Whelan, Olivia Kennedy, Maddie Cullen, Alex Meehan and Matt Jarvis. We cover a bit of everything from board games and tabletop RPGs to collectible card games and miniatures, and there's plenty more for you to check out on dicebreaker.com.
As of 2024 and possibly before, Quest is a free digital download! What intrigues me the most is the use of the d20 and the simplicity. There are plenty rules light games out there but for some reason d6 isn't as appealing as a good old d20
I am looking for something like 40k but not alternating activations or so reactive. Like 2nd or 5th edition of 40k. Where the inactive player is just rolling saves.
"extended real version" Question: have you seen any of the Book Edit cuts? What's your opinion on those? don't get me wrong, I'm still not an expert. I'm still trying to get through the Silmarillion and I haven't yet played the TOR set I've bought ... oh but dear mercy no, I'm not touching the MTG set, not ever, ew
You can tell the differences between how chicks make videos. There's so many cuts TO her, rather than showing the game. Guys just want the info, not the conversation.
I had a good friend that is very toxic when we play games like age of empire and 40k. Last time we played 40k he was so toxic i just put my models up and left. It's sad but I don't miss the toxicity
After watching this video, I downloaded the free pdf of this adventure and dm'd for the first time with my kids (9 and 11 and just getting started with DnD). They are level 4 Druid and level 4 Warlock and found this quest challenging but ultimately beatable. It seemed to me that the number of enemies was less in this video than in the quest as presented. At any rate, great fun. Thanks! Will be buying this book!
Loved this! Somehow it took me a long time to find, while looking for play troughs (to send my new players). But this one is certainly up there! Top 3 for sure 🔥
Hello! Thanks for the gameplay video @Dicebreaker! To confirm, Ursula doesn’t get to draw a starting hand then? In the rules, my wife and I thought she does because of the tip where it says that effects that says “player” could target her and the setup says that players draw their starting hand. Also in the altering hand section where it says that “but she doesn’t bother” I thought it meant that she doesn’t bother to do so with her own starting hand. We are not English native speakers so I really appreciate the help!
these periodic infectious hysterias about mass child sacrifice go all the way back to Gilles de Rais, and ultimately derive from the antisemitic Blood Libel propaganda. the current Q-tard garbage is only an updated, thinly-disguised version of it.
