Ok, that was actually stupid. If you're gonna make these, at least make it so the fighters can hit each other and it's not just one sided. Goku was too slow in Ultra Instinct plus Kai-o ken to even touch Rugal. Watching this reminded me of those fights kids have with their homemade characters that can't be touched and instantly counter anything that does touch them without taking any damage.
