Although, i can't dispute that the stock aap01 performs better than the stock hicapa, I will say that the hicapa is much more reliable and will last a lot longer than the stock aap01. Not to mention the fact that using hpa with a stock aap01 is a surefire way to destroy it.
Ik I’m kinda late but I am not new to airsoft but I am new to running a Tokyo marui and I’m not gonna use this but I was wondering if I was able to use a drum mag with it
Do you have a website where you build these for a bit extra money because idk how to do all that and don’t feel like destroying my aap 1 or my high capa
Bruh just i was expecting, AAP outperforms hi capa, i owned both and sadly i alrd upgrade my capa, got steal deal on AAP and dang it still outperforms hicapa even on stock, and to make matters even better, AAP is simpler and cheaper to upgrade than hicapa, i would recommend AAP to anyone who looks into sidearm or first pistol since it’s just that good and with long mag/drum mag and stock folding it will become a true killer primary pistol, even ssp5 didnt stand a chance against aap in terms of control and versatility
Hello i got a question about changing the BBU so ive bought a ctm advanced bolt v2 but the thing is can i use the old springs that are already in there or i have to change them too
Stock TM Hi Capa is TRASH unless you use R134 gas at 250FPS. Valve knocker is like warm butter soft, slide will crack eventually (lottery), hammer commonly breaks.... It feels like a toy gun. Paint chips off... They are the correct spec for aftermarket parts though... rock and a hard place situation. The stock nozzle is good though. It was just not built for the US market and if you want to run it on propane/green gas, it needs money thrown into it. I find it better to just build ground up without using a TM base gun. You can do it for around $600-$800 on a budget. 1000-1500 on the high end. You will eventually replace every part on the TM, you cant help it once you go into the rabbit hole. OTB the AAP-01 is better, sorry I said it. It was made to run over 300FPS and not made for Japan. It is better for the US market.
I play cqb, green gas is my choice, I prefer to fix the mags up and carry a lot, per game I have over 150 rounds. So not bad if your taking selective shots
