I looked up PTSD like the doctor said that Logan had, but I looked at the symptoms, and I can see the memories and such, but hallucinations and numbness aren't one of then, whoever those 2 memories are they aren't his... I also notice the white one invokes positive ideas saying he should turn it on, while the black one is negative ideas saying he shouldn't do that whatsoever. So they may be separate entities in his mind just pulling his PTSD strings.
opposite way around. black is giving the one saying to turn the lights on while white is the opposite. (this is shown in the endings with all black hits being recovery and all white hits being relapse)
