When this song played at the end of Endwalker I breathed a huge sigh of relief and knew my WoL had had it and it was time for a permanent vacation in Thavnair.
"The region known as the Burn occupies a special place in Garlean history. Every child in the Empire is familiar with the tale: In the distant past, it was a verdant land teeming with life, but successive summonings saw it bled dry of aether and reduced to a desert. It was upon beholding the devastation that primals had wrought, that Emperor Solus was spurred to embark upon his crusade against their kind."
It's possible, but there are certain variables that make this a bit of a challenge. When unsynced is the preferred method, that leaves little footage to work with. In addition, the time required to gather enough people to do this legit becomes a problem onto itself. My end goal, perhaps unrealistic, is to extend, not all, but the majority of tracks in the game. This raid series presents a challenge I don't currently have an answer for. Until I can figure it out, these will be a while yet.
It took me a while to realize that Athena sent out Kokytos in particular because of its ability to gather raw material for her soul-manipulating projects.
The Final Days is one of my favourite depictions of the apocalypse in media - tied with Berserk's Eclipse for first place - and this song just absolutely sells it.
Literally perfect timing. I just got the dungeon in a random roulette yesterday and went "Huh, I wonder if Hawken put this one up" and BAM, there it was! Psychic lad!
They keep somehow improving an already amazing song and I'm here for it. Thanks for continuing to find these orchestrion rolls and posting them on here.
If Lahabrea had packed this much heat-no pun intended-in his first boss fight, the Warrior would...probably still get bailed out by Hydaelyn, but at least the dude would be somewhat less forgettable!
