Hallo Bin seit kurzen in einem neuem Labor...dort kennt sich leider keiner mit Sekundärteleskopen aus. Mir fällt die Aufgabe zu dies an mich zu nehmen. Wir fräsen 2° Meine Frage wäre.... bei der Passungshöhe muss ich diese wie im Vdeo " hoch" setzen...sagen wir auf 4mm....oder wie ein Kollege mir gesagt hat auf 0 mm da diese 2° Teleskope ja erst in endlage Friktion haben sollen. Das scheint mir iwie unlogisch nachdem ich dieses Video gesehen habe. Wir hatten 2 Arbeiten mit diesen Werten....hat nicht gepasst... zu locker ..darauf hin haben wir Passungsparameter sogar auf -0,12 gesetz.....hat auch null gepasst Habe Teleskope bis jetzt nur mit Guss gefertigt.... Hallo Stephan, wir haben bei unseren Kolleg:innen im Bereich Dental Applications nachgefragt. Bei 2° Teleskopen sprechen wir ja von Konuskronen, die erst in der Endpassung „Friktion“ haben können. Wir sollten uns mal via Team Viewer das ganze anschauen, die Parameter besprechen, dann ist eine detaillierte Hilfestellung sicherlich einfacher. Melde Dich gerne im Support bei BEGO. Dear Azman, thank your for this question. The material Wirogel C is no longer in BEGO's portfolio. Alternatively Wirogel M can be used for the duplicating of dental models. It can also be heated or liquefied in a microwave or into a duplicating device in a similar way to Wirogel C. The melting temperature of the duplicating material Wirogel M is the same as that of Wirogel C. The melting temperature is 96 °C. When used in the microwave, the temperature must be checked repeatedly to avoid overheating. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Es ist schwierig, an geeignete Tutorials oder Manuals in neueren Versionen zu kommen. Trotzdem ich für meine Primärteile (also mind. 2) eine Gruppe auswähle, muss ich letzten Endes die Einschubrichtung pro Einheit auswählen, wobei die Winkelbegrenzung von 15 Grad greift. Eine gemeinsame Einschubrichtung, wie im Video dargestellt, gibt es scheinbar nicht mehr oder ich übersehe sie. Dadurch wird das Design zu einem Glücksspiel, weil ich gezwungen bin, zum Anfangsschritt der Einschubrichtung zurückzukehren, und es nach Augenmaß neu auszurichten, was nicht selten mit Laufzeitfehlern quittiert wird. Hier muss m.E. dringend nachgebessert werden. Ich saß gestern geschlagene unproduktive 2h am Design von 6 Teleskopen und war am Ende wirklich genervt angesichts der Umständlichkeit. Das war in der Version 2015 deutlich besser.
Das stimmt so nicht. Es ist schon notwendig, dass die (mindestens 2) Teleskope in ein und der selben Gruppe sind und nicht „Gruppe1 & Gruppe2… er „ sondern alle TKs eines Kiefers müssen in „Gruppe1“ sein. Erst dann wird die gemeinsame einschubrichtung auf alle TKs gleich angewendet. Viel Erfolg weiterhin. 👍🏼
Printer keeps disconnecting and a message says :" Sorry Crical exceotion ocurred. Host Unknown. Source System" then it closes the program. IS there a way to fix this?
@@sparra1043 this is not much harder then pressed acrylic when u cut with a bur. Maybe a higher flexural strength and definitely not stronger then a composite crown. that is how it compares to ceramic... its like comparing plastic to glass.
Hallo, wir fräsen schon seit 7 Jahren, aber nur Zirkon und und gelegentlich auch mal NEM Kappen oder auch mal Vollgußkronen. Letztes Jahr fräsen wir non auch Sintron. Jetzt möchten wir mal sekundär Teleskope Fräsen. Fräst ihr 1° oder 0° ????? Zwischendurch hatte ich es schon mal mit 0° versucht, aber nicht konsequent durchgezogen. Wie verwenden das 3Shape System. Bei dem Video habt ihn nichts über den Scanner geschrieben. Wenn ich die Primärkrone scanne muss ich sie pudern, es sei denn ich nehme einen taktile Scanner. Was habt ihr für eine Scan Technik?
