Looked this up because I had a dream about going way up north and loving it so much I wanted to move there. The last couple seconds of the video look like my dream- right in front of the water. What is that body of water called?
In european traditional concept of street, there is no streets at all in here. People are isolated in distant buildings, in the middle of nowhere, with so hard a climate.
A lot bigger than I expected. I live in Texas & found this place while essentially throwing darts at a map & expected more of an encampment than an actual city.

5:56 - our old home - top apartment left "Old Theatre Building" - 3541 Macdonald Drive.. lived there in the 1980's - cleaned the office bathrooms on main floor for rent reduction. Great place to live, best years of life..
