My wife and I were on vacation in Japan when we visited a metal bar in Kabukicho called "GODZ." While there, we met the bassist of a metal band named Graupel, who recommended the band to us. Since then, whenever we travel to Japan, my wife and I make it a tradition to stop by the bar. This is a very awesome band.
Guys, I just wanted to say thank you. Pain remains came out in one of the worst points of my life. It helped me out a lot, the trilogy gave me a way to relate and go through my problems. I cannot say how thankful I am, I love you guys!
I asked the AI chatbot Copilot to interpret the lyrics: This song seems to delve into themes of self-discovery, transformation, and the exploration of one's inner world. Here's a brief breakdown of some key elements: 1. **Awakening and Transformation**: The lyrics talk about waking up and taking control of one's world, suggesting a journey of self-realization and breaking free from constraints ("Freed from the tether of the cursed flesh"). 2. **Dreamscape and Inner World**: There's a recurring theme of entering a dreamscape or an inner realm, which represents the mind and its limitless possibilities ("This is the world inside your mind"). 3. **Duality and Acceptance**: The song explores the concept of duality, facing both the beautiful and the nightmarish aspects of one's mind, and embracing them to achieve a higher state of consciousness ("Face your duality, let go and fall into a dream"). 4. **Creation and Control**: The lyrics also touch on the idea of being the architect of one's reality, shaping and molding it like clay, and finding freedom within this creative process ("Like clay in the mud, sculpting the plunge"). 5. **Transcendence**: Ultimately, the song seems to encourage transcending the material world and embracing a new, enlightened state of being ("Welcome a new god, the unconscious prime, transcending"). The imagery of dreams, slow motion, and metaphysical elements adds a surreal and introspective quality to the song. It invites listeners to reflect on their own inner journeys and the power of their minds.
Oh my goodness, each human in Lorna Shore is so incredibly beyond talented. I am absolutely amazed at how on point and detail oriented each of them play their instruments, yes Wills voice is an instrument! But how the fuck did they play "Into the Earth" faster than the studio version in that heat at the end of a one hour set with such incredible percussion. Truly inspirational! The only thing I ever wanted to be as a child was a vocalist. Countless hours with my head phones on singing....many genres of musical melodies....Will Ramos has inspired me to try metal vocals. I still need the proper equipment, mic, recording equipment...I can't wait until I am able to afford such and ignite my passion further. I am so grateful to Lorna Shore for giving me hope....I don't feel so alone in the world...Much 💕 Namascray!
