É tanto tratamento de beleza. É uma pressão pra ser bonita. Ser natural passou a ser proibido. Haja tempo e energia para tanta atividade que nos jogam goela abaixo. E agora uma nova pressão: ser promíscua Lembro da sala de aula da minha adolescência: existiam sempre as mais preocupadas com beleza, as atletas, as que eram mais inteligentes, as ótimas em dança, as ótimas em oratória etc. Era uma variedade. Imagine eliminar todas essas garotas criando um padrão? Parece ser isso que o feminismo intenciona. Tem um discurso de diversidade, mas pressiona o psicológico da mulher para padronizar. As cobranças e ideias de "mulher maravilha" (muito belíssima, muito forte e um pouco inteligente) permanecem mesmo a contragosto de muitas mulheres que não tem a voz ouvida
I‘m surprised this got so many positive reviews. Why would a female director shoot a film for which a „white old man“ director would have been scorned for and would never ever get a job after that? The gratuitous female nude and boobs and butt shots - why? Don‘t get me wrong, but I would expect a female director to find other images to tell her story - this might as well have been a Paul Verhoeven or Brian DePalma film. And at least Cronenberg knew how to depict believable characters. Big disappointment. Incredible that this film won anything in Cannes.
After watching the terrifier 3 in cinema. I gotta say this left me more disturbed 😂. Said to my partner laughing that's it's going to give me nightmares!!! It didn't but I had a crazy weird dream after watching. Some scenes leave you feeling quite disturbed. It's a great movie and something different for a change. We both enjoyed it but after munching on our snacks as the movie reached it's final say 20 mins we decided to stop chewing. 😮 Very gross scenes make you think fu£@ing hell!!! Haha you will know what I mean if you ever watch this. I'd give it a solid 8/10. The younger actress from that series the cleaner seems to be doing well for herself as this is a great movie for her and she'll do well in her career I think. Demi is great also. So yea defo worth a watch!!!
It was really good. I can't wait to get it on bluray. It's like a combination between a noncomedic, rated R Nutty Professor, and The Fly. The end is so messed up LOL
Watched it from the comments hyping it up but it’s just like any horror movie, really. Nothing outstanding about it. Has an interesting message about beauty standards though, for sure.
Watched last night and dude!!!! Didn't expect this at all!! Completely disturbing at the end. Crazy because she could've done anything with the reputation she had and chose to do something irreversible! Ughhh I love Demi Moore and the other actress is gorgeous as well!
Definitely worth watching, sh*ts crazy lol preview doesnt show any of the f*cked up horror side. Good idea too cuz this is how ALL women feel, and how the world IS TODAY but reminds u things cud always be worse so try to be happy with what u got

Just finished it and man it looked WAY less traumatizing on the trailer. Once you get to the last 20 minutes, you are just like “OK I GET IT MAKE IT F*CKING STOP PLEASE” and it just keeps getting more and more disturbing. I love it and you should totally watch it 💯
