Automotive videos have become far too serious these days. Let Modern Greaser put a comical spin on things with his less than extensive knowledge about cars. Watch as he pretends to educate you all about amazing vehicles, but basically ends up looking like a dumb dumb.
That only shows your Sheetrock crew sucks. They shouldn't be making extra work for you around outlets/switches and too many screws in a sheet. Waste of time and money cleaning up their mess
Lmfao, 43 years experience fixing your own mistakes instead of doing it right. Botched both of those cuts so bad you are putting a weak bandaid that will crack. Atleast prefill it or california patch, it instead of taping a large hole that gets stress and will look awful and peel up in 6 months.
No bro. That’s gonna bubble up so fast. Never ever go mud on bare paper. Even just a coat of shellac would seal that up and prevent the bubbling, so skipping that step is just peak level laziness. That’s as bad as a landlord that paints over your light switches.
Lol what you dont want to do is a use a hawk and trowel. Those are for plaster. Regular drywall mud use pan and knifes or specific tools like banjo, bazooka, and boxes. Old people with clean clothes usually dont know what theyre talking about
Man I wish I had this type of training when I was doing construction, nobody wanted to take the time to teach or even help like if they were never in that position before, at the end I stopped carrying about the job and eventually getting fired for being late 😂😂
Jesus does everyone bitch about a mistake that can be easily be fixed...no tape fucking needed cut with knife rough edges and mud the shit the plate cover will cover the imperfections
Thanks for the video! You can definitely tell this isn't in the rust belt. The 2 lower screws for the fan shroud are goners on mine. Not sure how I'm going to get it out now.
Drywall guys at the jobsites I work at consistently fuck these up/cover up the screw holes. I end up just breaking them apart so I can install devices onto the box. How hard is it to just not cover the entire fucking opening?
