This sometimes happens due to the differences in the milling process of corn to make corn flour (masa). To fix this, add a tablespoon of water at a time, to your dough and knead it until it's cohesive and holds like in the video.
I have to go with what is available at the grocery store when I film videos. This day, that's the best they had. Thankfully you cut a pear the same way whether perfectly ripe or a little underripe.
@@suebelzer6536I’m not sure what you mean but give or take, all pear varieties have similar shape. I cut them like this regardless of the type. I hope this helps!

You need a little basil in that and then a side of a dipping marinara sauce and then you’ll have moved that deliciousness up a level. I’ll be adding this to my lunch rotation.
If you watch the video, there''s very little meat left on the bone. You can definitely save the bones to make beef stock and what little meat it's there will add flavor.
I put egg whisked onto mine,with bacon/garlic and diced onion. And put tortillas on both sides. Thanks for your video. My son loved his breakfast style version 😊😊
That's how I used to do it I'd bring two bean rice and cheese burritos to work in the thermos I originally used for soup works great My Mom used to make a big batch of green chili pork burritos and freeze them for my father and me to take to work and microwave the best!
