We just returned from Marina Bay Sands! Buffet does not live up to the hype!!!! Mostly run off the mill off quality selections.. Definitely NOT recommended!
Thanks for the video.Hi there! Im gonna stay here in few weeks- very soon. I booked through a 3rd party site. May i ask if they have some extra fees like resort fee? Or any othe fees? If so how much? Ps: i will really appreacite your reply
@@LeighLeeChannel so they dont have resort fee then? Deposir is okay since it will be back to our account anyhow. I just read some hotels in new york charge expensive resort fee
1. Cafe ambience is gd. 2. Their saving grace - Cold crab, shrimp & salmon are very fresh. 3. Tako from sashimi station overly done - v. tough & rubbery. Sashimi's soy sauce is tongue-cuttingly salty. Satay's peanut sauce no peanut flavour or peanut bits. 4. Staff won't pre-inform guests that buffet is ending which most other hotel does. This led to my guest & myself missing the entire desserts offered. 5. When I requested their staff to bring some cakes for my table at 2.10pm, they said kitchen thrown all food already as buffet ends 2pm which the reservation staff on the phone told me was 2.30pm. Other hotel cafes i visited b4 had graciously acceded to my request 15 mins after buffet ends. 5. My under 2 stars review was automatically bounced back. This same feedback email to their cafe mgr's corporate & personal email also sprung back. So don't bother to rate or comment altho mgr hands u namecard to do so. 7. Final advise - Gather all your favourite food at 1 go b4 sitting down to eat & chat. 2 hrs dart past swiftly.
I have an idea of a "grateful trade" calling it as "Eggventure", the eggs here become bad coloured, sometimes smelly. That any visitors come with eggs and plan to sell away will be nice around marketprice of s.g is still nice.
I flew NYC to BKK on Singapore Airlines Premium Economy (via Singapore) on March 6th, 2024. Very disappointing. It is basically an economy experience with better seats. The food was nothing exceptional (economy style food), no water in the sink bathrooms at the back of the plane to wash your hands, my TV display stopped working 4 hours into the 19 hour flight, I paid extra for a exit seat, but the seat was cramped and no storage room. Nobody could access the internet because of a server error, eventually I got access through a free voucher the head flight attendant gave me. The onboard staff were fine, but more focused on getting everyone asleep so they would have nothing to do. I have traveled Premium on United, Delta and Emirates, Singapore was such a let down. Their product is NOT recommended, overpriced and nothing special.
The worlds longest flight SQ21/22 2004-2013 and 2018-present although tied with SQ23/24. If you sat next to a Filipino traveler going MNL/CEB/DVO-NYC JFK/EWR he or she sees SQ22 > PR126. Since SQ22 is timed to connect with SQ919/921 from the NCR MNL T3 SQ901/900 SIN-CEB and SQ codeshare with TR from Davao City Francisco Bangoy airport. In general SQ > PR. Have you done PR SIN-MNL and then compare that to SQ?
Wish that Singapore Airlines group could do double daily to DVO just like CEB this means SQ and TR operating the route. You can see this with rival 5 star carrier CX having UO and itself serve MNL from HKG. SQ group is 6x daily to MNL 4x SQ 2x TR from SIN. On the return flight CEB-SIN this was timed for SQ22 to EWR Terminal B and SQ26 to JFK T4 via FRA. Regarding CEB it has the following East Asian 5 star competitors of SQ KE OZ and CX daily
Cool vid, love the details. Great job in capturing a very nice spread. Wish you get a lot more views, likes & comments. Looking forward to dining here. Thanks for the upload 👌🏼
