It's typical with these people, Coleman ,at 4:35 mn the camera was on the living and instead of showing how it blends with the kitchen in terms of color, design and furnishing ,he made a right and went to the bed room 😅😅😅...!!!
These people don't have a clue on how to show a house, as soon as he entered, he made a right and went toward the closets,,, G...! Go to the living space and show everything FROM THERE, and don't spend too much time time on the closets, sometimes back up so we can the whole room or whatever...!!!!!
G,,,,, you really don't have a clue on how to show a house. ,you get in a room, you show it halfway ,then you jump to something else, then you come back 😏....!!!!
That type of front door for this price? the master closets are not up to the standard of this price range, poor mill work. Beautiful kitchen, clean and simple. Wait no actual tv room for the fam? That's not acceptable for this price range.
Magnificent! Such a well done, well thought out floor plan. All the beautiful stone and warm woods keep it comfortable as so many at this level feel sterile and rather cold. Absolutely stunning! ❤
holy moly, update 1 month later, asking 3.89million. Purchased $875k in 2021. Its in a dump surrounded by forested old ancient homes where the gentrification has raised their $400k values to $800k-1million as they stand. They are in this home at least $2.8million selling since March 2024 :(
Could you provide details on who designed and installed the trim work? I'm especially interested in the built-in floating shelves in the entryway and the floating cabinetry in the primary bedroom.
I love the house but a want to know how many acres of land is part of the house. Is because I want to have horses. Can you answer that please?? Thank you.
My family and I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.
Certain Ai companies are rumored to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
lol sold for $5.2million, never trust these videos because these inflated home prices are outrageous when you can offer 15% under asking at the height of the market lol
This house starts out amazing and then fizzles out. It becomes large empty space with no character. Basic lighting, crown molding and tile in the bedrooms.
You missed an opportunity to really showcase that view of the pool, gorgeous green yard and tree canopy from the 2nd floor balcony/deck off the master. People want/need to linger a moment on the views!
This is the most spectacular home I've ever seen it's beautiful it's warm an inviting John Coleman I will be visiting you about a house. Good job on your touring❤❤❤
Sold for $2.9 million 1 year after this video. Originally purchased for $280k in 2008; Sold+Purchased $480k in 2021. Flipped for sale $4,000,000 on 9/9/2022. We all know these houses are over priced, but it feels great to see the builder have to eat the profit for trying to push mediocre into ultra luxury. Property Tax is $15k, 225% increase, lol. They made a minimum $1.7million; assuming the house cost $1million to make, $700k profit after two years is nice.
Main level is nice but then it gets kind of disjointed with awkward entryways. What's with all the little doors? The location of the refrigerator in the mud room and the bar in the hallway is a little weird.
