We are trying to find someone to help us with a current project. We are trying to combine 12 projectors to display one large image. We are currently using Datapath FX4 devices to support this need. We need assistance to edge blend the 12 projectors to create one clean image. We’ve heard there is softwares that can help but don’t have any experience in this arena. The projectors we are using are the Viewsonic LS550wh. Do you have any experience by chance or know of someone who may be able to help? We would be happy to pay you of course. Thank you so much!

Hey there 👾 thanks for your comment! In 1:49 Dustin explains why we used the Distortion Effect Offsets to animate the separate Photoshop layer elements instead of the X and Y position in the Layout properties. However, we plan to cover this topic in a future video.
Your software is amazing, but the UI design is discouraging. I really want to learn ventuz, but when I see this interface, my will passes. The learning curve seems very complex.
Hello Jonathan sorry for the late reply. I can totally understand your worries and indeed learning Ventuz can be tough since its such a big tool, but with the new release of 6.8 we also updated the User Manual alot. With many new How to's which show you everything step by step from the begining to the end. So maybe you can give it a try with the free community Edition. And if you encounter problems join our discord (discord.com/ventuz) the community is always glad to help where they can. Or write us directly support@ventuz.com
@@VentuzTechnology Thanks for the reply. Although it was 2 years ago, it is still very useful. I'm a motion designer and I'm looking for software that works with 3D and 2D assets in real time. I've worked many years with After Effects, but I'm tired of it, very outdated and doesn't work well with 3D assets. Honestly, can you claim that Ventuz is software that caters to motion designers? Can I work with realistic 3D, shape layers, vfx, compositing and footages with Ventuz Design?
Hi @@johnbica 👋Yes, Ventuz is capable of doing all of what you mentioned. As long as the media format you're wanting to import is supported, you can combine all of these different elements together in your Ventuz scenes.
After the config is done, the PC will recognize the 2 projectors as 1? If i use a program such as Microsoft Power Point or other that uses presentation mode, the image will be showed in the two projectors? I am making a two projectors screen in my church, and we use a program called EasyWorship. I need this program to recognize the two screens as one, for showing the image that we want in the wide screen.
Ok, it could be silly but, could I use many laptop screen monitors, that have the same resolution and connect them together and then connect them with a laptop and then use them all as one continuous screen? could I do that?
Here's what you could do: you could set up all you laptops in a cluster (given that they have the necessary hardware for syncing) and have one laptop run as your master and all the others run as Ventuz Runtime machines. Then you could control them all from the master laptop. To learn more about how to set up clusters in Ventuz, look here: www.ventuz.com/support/help/latest/HowTo/HowToClusterRendering.html?itm=293
In this video you worked in your laptop with two projector, but my computer only supports two display and i have two projectors should i work on one of them ?
Hey there. I don't think we used a laptop for this, I think we used a full featured show machine with a graphic card that offers four or six display outputs. To find out all about our Warping and Soft Edge toolkit, go to the Ventuz User Manual at www.ventuz.com/support/help/latest/WarpingSoftEdgingMasking.html.
You can buy Zettaguard USB 2.0 to VGA / DVI / HDMI Multi Display Adapter / Video Graphics Adapter (www.amazon.com/Zettaguard-Graphics-Multiple-1920x1080-10095/dp/B0182MIZTK/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1545046946&sr=8-8&keywords=usb+2.0+vga+adapter)
is this software on for blending multiple projectors ? or can I use it for single projector warping? and what kind of high end projector are this compatible with ?
Hi there. We actually created that ourselves out of ply wood and high-quality velcro that you buy in most any hardware store. Make sure that you get industry standard velcro and screens that are rather lightweight.
Is it a big sheet of velcro? The only size I see of velcro online is small strips. If you have any links to something online, I'd greatly appreciate it
Hi Don. Ventuz doesn't support MPCDI. If you want to bring this issue to the table or want to find out how other Ventuzians handle mapping, start a discussion on our Discord channel at discord.ventuz.com. Looking forward to seing you there.
