Nobody ever seems to have a real instance of harbor freight equipment being awful. People just talk about it badly. Almost like how Chevy people hate Ford for no reason other than their daddy and grand daddy hated it.
How much time did you let it the chem dwell? Or shoot that looks so damn dirty you probably needed to pressure wash just water first lol then the chem then wash. Algae looks crazy thick.
@@dcmuzic2023 yeah we wetted it down then applied chem, let it sit for 10 minutes and then scrubbed it, then let it sit for another 5 minutes and then washed it. It took about 6 hours. I wasn’t totally happy with the results but the customer told me a couple weeks later that the wood had gotten lighter which it was supposed to do.
@@DownSouthSoftwash crazy, I think bottle says wait 20 min and keep it wet of chem. You think maybe cause you wet it with water first it didn't sink in to the wood properly? I'm asking cause I just ordered a gallon. And all the videos of random people, all got great results.
@@dcmuzic2023 I had to wet the wood first cause it was so hot. It was flash drying so it wasn’t working properly. There were a few spots where I waited 20 minutes but I didn’t notice much of a difference and I asked the homeowner and she said a lot of the wood was a dark color anyway just from being 10+ years old. Really I did the best I could in this situation. But if you don’t over rinse it when you wash it will continue to work and lighten the wood over the next few weeks with rain and whatnot.
I have that same set up with the downstream injector. I just purchased the X-Jet M5 Kit to downstream straight through the nozzle and have better control of my mixes. Have you used that?
@@strawhatgolf haven’t bought it yet because I was waiting til a roof job came up. Didn’t really figure I’d need it before that. How have you liked it so far?
Good video but all your links aren't Clickable nor can i copy n paste just fyi... Keep making the videos tho my man thec4GPM Is exactly what im looking to start with
@@DownSouthSoftwash i guess just more of your setup and what you use for different types of cleaning. Thanks for the information I subscribed and best of luck out there
Glad I could help! I would like to say to have your psi a little lower than I had mine in the video (maybe like 2800-3000) I left a few streaks on the siding because it was too high. Consider subscribing please!
