LOL When you started the fast forward on the folding part, I expected to hear, "ALVIN!" come from the video. LOL I really love this project. So simple and easy to follow.
I really enjoyed watching you do this.... it turned out so lovely, I loved the things you added and the way you added lace on the bottom not just on the sides,... this was my first visit and I am 4 years late, 9/15/24 ....tyvm
Love your style and techniques but you over talked a bit much of repeating and repeating the same things but in all its beautiful and thanks for sharing
I think its absolutely beautiful!! You have to make it your own ❤ i have followed other tutorials on making a new spine and it was a FAIL!! but with you I did it!!! So proud of us. Thank you so much!!🎉🎉
Edit: just went back and watched again. Not washi tape but tissue paper…. I apologise if I’ve already asked, but Heather could you please tell me where you have purchased the gold polka dot washi tape?
I tried this technique and it’s fantastic. Separate the paste and add a drop or two of your favorite paint mix and apply to the light color papers for a stunning result too. Thanks for sharing Ms. Heather.
Nice job. Yes it is an awl pronounced all. Get yourself a few long beading needles. They will aid you in pulling ribbon/ string etc through all holes at once.
