I couldnt help but be moved by the total compassion the person videotaping this poor man used to help him out, find out if he was ok, maybe offering assistance of some kind. Way to go! Y9ur kindness was overwhelming!
The guy is fine (relatively). He gets high every day and does the dance. He's fed and paid by charities, the state and the federal gov't., enabling his terminal lifestyle to continue with little consequence.
He could have elaborated a little more, however, he is right. As a New Yorker, it took only a visit to Trenton to realize that I wouldn’t want to comeback ever again. I find Trenton highly hostile and dangerous.
What are the pole-mounted solar panels all about? Crazy amount of overhead wires btw - all subterranean where I live. It's interesting enough just to see how things are done in other parts of the world.
The pole solar panels are owned by the electric company and put power back into the grid. Over head wires carry power, cable and telephone lines. Underground is not a good option for repairing these type of infrastructures. Yes, Our state capital sucks like many other urban cities in America. 🇺🇸
I commuted to work in Trenton for almost two years, what I experienced most was crazy drugged out people walking around screaming on the streets, automobiles ignore traffic llights, saw many red light violations, one in front of a cop who just ignored it (I think the Trenton police are afraid to pull over those vehicles with the dark tinted (illegal) windows). There is a constant smell of marijuana in the air. Crossing a street is extremely dangerous (drivers don't stop for pedestrians in crosswalk), I was almost hit a number of times. The streets are covered in garbage. Who to blame, a history of corrupt city officials, I think there have been more politicians indicted in Trenton than any other city in history (google Trenton Corruption). It's a shame Trenton (our state capital) was once a shining industrial metroplis, through mis management and corruption, the city is a mess. "Trenton Makes and The World Takes" is Trenton's motto. It was so dangerous after dark, the company I worked for had a policy (still in effect), 'All workers must leave building before sundown', Hope that gives you some idea of What kind of city it is. Couple other examples of why, the front desk guards at my work place were packing GLocKs on their hip. One morning, there was a guy building a camp fire in the middle of the main street in front of building, just crazy shit all the time.
Front door, sidewalk, street, one building taking up the entire block, no yard full of grass, nothing but bricks surrounded you in these death trap neighborhoods. I’ll pass
