Dc5 teg would give it a good go... Put that up against the Subaru and see what happens :P did you sell the vxr and get a dc5? Your a legend if you did lol
Corsa vxr was a pish car and had too much torque to get the power down. I knew that my mates uk300/300sti thingy was gonna destroy me, I just wanted to see by how much. And btw. The video makes it look miles, on the day it was only about a car length... Possibly 2. Now my DC-5 Teg, that may stand a chance. Insanely quick
people taking the piss out the corsa lol. i got a corsa vxr, u got to remember its a 2 wheel drive 190 bhp (standard) ive owned a sti type ra scooby and off the mark these things r insane! was 26o bhp and would ruin my mates 350bhp focus st to 90! evryone mocks the vxr, but untill u get in one yourself you wont understand,
I actually thought the Corsa did ok on its 2WD. To clear this up. I own a UK 300 mines a 2nd release 2005. If fitted with Prodrive kit (ECU/Exhaust) its 265 bhp, Subaru emblem on blue Alcantara seats. Some had Prodrive big brakes 330mm and a larger spoiler these were extras to the PPP. Other posts refer to the first release 2001 (bug eye) 242bhp but has the plate by the gear stick informing the number from 300 and will have RedWhite UK300 badge on tail and carpets.
This is in my DC5 as I hit Vtec and feather the throttle, my battery light intermittently flashes but only in Vtec range. The car still runs fine and is still going but it's causing me some concern.
I'm the guy in the corsa, my mate has the scooby, he's right to gloat since I said the Vxr would give it a good run for its money... Which it didn't :(
its not a uk 300 as some asshole pointed out on the other vid. Its a 55plate 300 with prodrive kt. Not sure of number as its my mates. Im the guy in the corsa. lol
That is a Subaru 300...Ur right its not the UK300 as that was only on the older style with the bug-eye headlights. It is 265bhp....but would would a guy called peugeotone know? Dont like it....i can arrange for you to go against it at crail.
