I’m so sad to hear that 😢 I really hope it will get better one day (even better if you can fully recover) and you don’t have to restrict yourself anymore bc of food. I personally never was diagnosed with an ed but I used to have really bad habits (kinda disordered eating?) that I’m so glad I’ve overcome. So I kinda know how hard it is ☹️☹️ (pls don’t give up!) and if you want to talk to someone about it, I’ll always lend an ear! 💕

I’m usually not thaaat productive haha it’s just bc of exam season 🥲🥲 I bet you can do it too!! Try not to be distracted by using ur phone (I for example record myself while studying so I can’t use it, hence I can’t get distracted by it) I wish you the best of luck though!! About culture shock and language barrier, I can imagine how difficult the beginning is but I think with time you’ll automatically adjust yourself (a bit) to it so don’t be afraid for trying!! You can do it 🌟
