Феноменально, квашня в трилитровой банке, тесто на хлеб мешаю в миске, но у вас в банке вышло супер, думал пристанет к стенкам, а нет шикарно вышло из банки....
This is not puff pastry, it is puff dough. Puff pastry doesn't have yeast. Puff dough does. By the way, I fold my rough puff pastry twice before I use it. If you roll it thin then make narrow folds starting at one of the short ends, you get mutiple folds in one folding. I have yet to refrigerate my puff pastry when I'm making it.
I love bread and I'm open to lots of variations on the process, but what is the deal with doing the first rise in that jar?!? When I made this I just mixed it in a bowl like I always do and let it rise in the bowl. It's much easier to work with when you can actually reach every inch of surface on the dough. That jar is just restrictive and completely unnecessary. But the bread is good! And I just dip the segments in herbed olive oil or some hummus.
