Alex writes a lot for the band so i have always been curious if he did it on guitar or on the bass and now i know. Such a humble response from him regarding that.
If you're about to die of laughter from this, then I must say, you're a twisted mf. As I do. He's so theatrical I can't. He's roasting his band, and himself in the process. So bold. Shakespearean in his way of conveying subtly : "I'd rather die misunderstood than spending (/sell) my life explaining myself".
Creature Lives is one of the most unique pieces ever, always felt it was underrated and I remember when I first heard it, it became a smoking staple of mine 😅
I have a couple autographed Spector promo photos Alex signed for me hanging in my music room. Also have a signed copy of his book "Extreme Metal Bass".
sorry but gary holt is a goat and steping in for jeff hanneman in his crisis then standing up and in for jeff hanneman when he died he became a legend. and paul baloff was was an absolute lunatic and legend
When Paul Baloff Was Alive in 85 everyone I knew really liked the vocals . Guy sounded like Cobra Commander . Really over the top . Guy sounded like a psychopath . Perfect for Exodus first album .
I sure the fuck didn't! I saw him live in Phoenix AZ in 1997 the second I heard he was back touring with Exodus I bought tickets. I don't know who these people were who thought he sucked, but they damn sure weren't in my group of friends. You would probably get punched for saying that back then to people I knew lol
