How are things going for you in Nashville? We just moved to Amelia Island (Close to Jacksonville). I will be up there in 2 weeks to do some recording. You want to meet up?
Nice job… I've made quite a few scratch aircraft. On The maiden flight a man And his son Liked the plane and bought it off me On the spot…I only flew It the one test flight and it was already gone. I made a profit So that was okay. I'm now a chopper pilot. You did a good job Excellent flying airplane by the looks of it…and whoever did the filming was wonderful
Yes, it was added after the flight. I have 2 cameras on the plane recording at the same time. The video editing software has a “picture in picture” feature. I can resize the inset video and place it how and where I want.
tail draggers always drive me nuts on take off and what I do on my field bc they always go left so I take mine all the way to other side of the field and by the time it gets to the center its up. I have tail draggers but I hate taking them off and keep on trying to keep them center but I cant no matter what..Great flying my friend👍👍👍👍👍
They can be a challenge. I try to get the tail up as soon as I can and always remember to use right rudder! As I’m sure you noticed in the video, I was being a little cautious since this was the maiden flight. You have better control of the steering with the tail wheel off the ground (something I learned flying full scale tail wheel airplanes). Even though this Mustang is on the Real Flight simulator, I didn’t know how the actual airplane was going to act.
@@FlyingGuitarGuy1 yes I get it and some can do it great but I just cant get it right no matter what. But thats the way it is. Thanks for sharing you video 👍👍👍👍👍
Buccee's flying in style for sure. Enjoyed watching as always. 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸Check out my flight yesterday if you have a few minutes ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oL_J2-4pt0Y.html
@@tonyb1968 try and find a balsa model to build today. Its sad, such a wonderful part of the hobby has evaporated for instant gratification. Most of todays planes are simply disposable.
Thanks! IT’s actually an E-flite Apprentice STS that I added navigation lights, wheel pants and painted to match the Cessna 172 that my father used to fly in the 1970’s.
Loved the split screen views, If you have time could you post a link to the cameras you use please? There are so many to choose from but I like the quality of yours. Thanks and I enjoyed watching as always.
