Vanilla DS2 sucked and i was happy it was over when i finished it. What a slog. Normally, playing blind is the best way to experience any of Miyazaki's games, but not when it comes to vanilla DS2. READ THE WIKI lol DS2: Scholar of the First Sin was a huge improvement though and I do genuinely like that version.
I've been playing this talent for about 70 rounds now and I have to say that you were just damn unlucky, this perk has often saved me and my team a lot of time and is especially good against sloppy butcher, which is currently being played a lot and you also get The 5th stack really gets 50%, even the first time (0=-25, 1=-10, 2=5%, 3=20%, 4=35%), which means you get +10% with the 4th skill check back and from then on you will only save a lot of time. I also think it's a really fun perk, especially if you combine it with things like binding or Yoichi's, so you'll get a lot of progress very quickly
I agree. The gameplay was terrible. 15 minutes in, it stopped being scary and stared becoming frustrating. Too many insta-kills wasting my time. I loved the lighting and atmosphere. Story seemed ok from what I could tell. I gave up about 45 minutes past where you wake up in the burning ambulance.
