It was her first English album and first appearance on American TV. As she said 3 years earlier she couldn't speak any English. She's so talented she learned English in 3 months and then went into the world and thank God she did. 🙂
From a little 12 years old girl to what she accomplish, she is a hard worker, take english lesson, singing lesson to improve her voice to reach all the potential of it, everything have to be perfect so she work a lot and made a lot of sacrifice in her life to be that good. she is kind, humble, a great human being. We love her in my country and cherish her.
I've loved Queen for 50 years. I know we all still mourn Freddie leaving this Earth but it's also important that we celebrate his life! Freddie, my angel. 😘😇 Your spirit soars! See you on the other side, darling.
The Bee Gees are brothers, the middle is the oldest and only one still alive, Barry and the other 2 are twins. Robin on the left and Maurice (pronounced Morris) on the right. They wrote over 1000 songs including songs for other artists. They were asked to do the soundtrack for Saturday Night Fever, which at that time became the highest selling soundtrack album ever. It's only been surpassed by the Bodyguard soundtrack. The Bee Gees are the second biggest selling artists of all-time behind the Beatles. You've entered into the deepest rabbit hole of all... music made before auto-tune. The thing about the music from the 60s 70s and 80s, was that the sounds you heard on the album was what you'd hear in concert. No lip syncing and no auto-tune to mask things. Try Kool and the Gang, Earth, Wind & Fire, the Pointer Sisters, the Commadores, Heatwave, REO Speedwagon, ZZ Top, Van Halen, Chicago, Boston, Kansas, Foreigner, Styx, Journey, Boz Scaggs, Bob Seger, Steve Miller Band, Linda Ronstadt, Heart, Led Zeppelin, Eagles, AC/ DC, Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Ray Vaughn. For the gospel side try Al Green from his soul days and Marvin Gaye. Jazz side Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis and Johnny Coltran and Diana Krall. And there are still so many more quality artists to hear.
Imagine being in the audience back then when her voice was totally on fire (she still great today) but i mean the raw power is unreal u be outside that building and hear her for free. I saw her in 2008 in dublin ireland and dear god she is phenomenal
