Why should a whole continent be equalled to individual countries? Why are we even setting the bar so low? So is UK or France as an example got more say than an entire group of countries in a whole continent? In my opinion the question should be why 5 individual countries have veto power. Instead of Africa fighting for veto power they and all other countries without veto should be fighting to abolish veto power altogether. There is no reason why 5 countries should have more privileges over all the other nations
The people comnig from these countries need to also consider obtaining trade and vocational skills for development, more infrastructure, agriculture and STEM educational skills, stop pushing your kids to come to America, to get a degree from Yale or Harvard, just to go back home and no posses the skills to tap into your natural resources and develop them.
