In which I dabble with many things! Most dabbles are creative in nature: Creative writing, songwriting, art, watercolor, gouache, sketching, doodling. Other dabbles are also creative, but not direct arts, like tarot cards, playing guitar, being human (anxiety, "what can I google about myself today?" etc.), making your own things at home , like lotion, deodorant, fragrances, and more. I can't seem to help myself -- I like all the things.

This is random and probably besides the point but your voice is ✨butter✨ 🙌🏽😍😆 omg…could literally listen to you talk all day haha But anyway, loved your spreads !! 🤩
I love your creative writing. It is like you paint pictures with words. When you read i close my eyes and see the pictures in full colour. It is beautiful. ❤
Yes! I got her from a sticker pack of similar stickers on Temu. The pack did lack diversity though - as a warning. Here is the link. I hope this helps! share.temu.com/tSJHtmmmjnA
I love this ... I'm usually a daily planner person when it comes to the hope and you too cousin avec. That I've been trying to find a way to use my weekly spreads. And I may take this out. This looks so much fun!!!
Yay! I’m so excited for you! Thank you so much for being here and saying hello. And THANK YOU for the compliment about my own planner. I really appreciate it. 🤗 I’m thinking about getting the ace a for next year and then I won’t be worried about making it TOO chunky. 🥰
I do! I use some pieces in my weeklies, will often use it in my dailies, and occasionally in my monthlies. You’ll see it in some of my flip throughs. The video all about weeklies shows me using it to decorate my weekly page. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Xji2Htp21wU.htmlsi=TY1BeFcgWqa_KqKI
Yes! The Hobonichi planners all use Tomoe River paper. I have heard some complaints that the 2024 planners have more bleed through but I have been happy so far.
I absolutely love what you do in your planner!! I do something similar with one of my journals, with stichers and markers and no white space. Your videos really inspire me!!
Thank you so much!! And for all your comments. I love that you did the drawing/doodling with your dad. Thats amazing! I should keep a sketchbook out all the time so my son can always have full access. 🤗
Welcome! I’m so glad you like what you see! Those girls are super adorable. I got a big pack of them from Temu. Does this link work for you? share.temu.com/OZnxX60mkwA If you like stickers, check out my stickers video - so many good ones from Temu, SHEIN, and Amazon. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TprSNhss164.htmlsi=cQYEt-t43z0pHacY
The stickers on the clear sheets (eucalyptus and black sketch like plants), are they possible transfer stickers? If you put the sticker side down, rub a hard end of a pen or marker or non sharp end of the tweezers on the top of the plastic and it'll rub the sticker on to your paper. If that's what they are, they'll become your favorite! They're basically non-existent on paper.
Enjoying your videos - the tissue-like stickers are called washi stickers- you can also get washi tape - they will cut down a lot on the bulk. I also love rub-on (transfer) stickers because they cause little or no bulk
Thank you! I’m happy to hear you’re enjoying them. I’d love to try some run-on transfer stickers. I’ve seen them in at least one video from another RU-vidr. Do you have a particular source you use for your stickers? Thanks for commenting!
@@sherbidabbles yeyy I tried it myself last night as I have nothing going on except work and the dentist 🤣 it was so much fun and fills the column love it thank you 🤗
This video is BEYOND helpful. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this! Since coming across your videos I have been inspired to do something similar with my weeklies -- before I never really used them for much -- and I am really, really enjoying it. Thanks again for the video :)
I’m so glad! There’s nothing worse than spending good money on a fabulous planner and not using it. It makes me happy my videos have helped. Thank you telling me. 🤗
It's cool to see you 'trust the process' and how it all works out! I would love to see how you work at the daily pages, if that's something you'd like to share.
Your style has really inspired me. For the past nine weeks I have journalled every day using this method. It is the first time I have stuck to it. Thank you so much for sharing!
1. Happy Belated Birthday 🎂. 2. Congratulations on going to the chiropractor and 3. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I have started using your method in my weeks area, which I use as an illness/symptom tracker. (I have so many). I spend a lot of time stuck in bed and this makes it much more fun. Thank you so much for taking time out of your week to do all that filming. Hope you have a great week. ❤️
Thank you! I’m so glad you liked it. I actually had fun doing a voiceover and watching it all play out. I’m thinking I’ll do it again some time. Could be interesting to do a whole week again with the dailies too. 🤷🏻♀️ And what a great idea for your weeklies!! Being in bed a lot because you hurt/are tired from an illness is no fun at all and it’s awesome you are able to find something that eases that frustration a tiny smidge. Though I do wish you didn’t have to need that rest at all. ❤️❤️❤️ Take care of yourself, and thank you again! Have a gorgeous day!
I love how you use your planner! I have a request, since you said you are open to them :) Can you do a more in-depth video on your weeklies? You said you do the stickers first, I think, and then go back and fill in the columns....can you show us how you set it up prior to filling it in? (And anything else you'd like to show regarding them, really.) I really struggle with vertical weeklies and would like to break out of my rigid way of thinking. I think it would be better for me to use the pages as more of a memory-keeping section instead of for appointments and tasks, but I am still finding it difficult to get started. Thank you!!
I love your videos! I started using my planner as more of a "this is what I did" list and it has been wonderful for my mental health! I put down the things I know are going to happen that week so I don't forget, then track everything that happens. My life feels so full, I feel more grateful, and my expectations for my day has changed. I would love to see a video about doodling. I would love to doodle more but I'm not sure where to even start.
YESSSSS! Way to go! You should see the smile on my face reading your comment. This rocks! I will get on a doodling video -- that would be a lot of fun. I'm excited for it now! I wouldn't be surprised if it's the next thing I record. Thank you so much for commenting and telling me how you transformed your planner -- and your mental health! Strong work. That just kicks ass. <3
I’d love to watch anything to be honest. I actually found you through the fibromyalgia tag when that was first posted (I’m housebound with multiple illnesses), but I also love planners, notebooks, pens, anything I can do from bed. I have a bad habit of rambling while in pain, so sorry about that. 🦘
You aren't even CLOSE to rambling! <3 I think I'd have a lot more uploaded if I just relaxed about the "rules" of RU-vid and posted exactly what was on my mind.... so perhaps I'll do that and use your comment as inspiration. Paper is a perfect outlet, if you ask me -- you can turn it into so many different things, from repositories for emotions to balls you can chuck into a bin. LOL! I do know I'm going to address fibro again at some point. I'm seeing a functional medicine doctor next month and am very curious about how he can help me versus the bigger medical outlets I've been rushed through. Since being diagnosed in January, I have had exactly ZERO conversations with a doctor about what it actually means and what I can do about it. I've been stuck researching on my own. If you have found anything in your RU-vid travels that you found most informative and helpful, please share with me! And I hope your day is looking lovely. Thank you for being here!
@@sherbidabbles A couple of stand out channels for me are ‘Through the looking glass’, ‘Aimee Esther’, um, they’re the most consistent posters, but of course they have more than one illness we seem to collect them. Try #fibromyalgia in the RU-vid search bar. I’m lucky I have a great GP, who isn’t against natural remedies (though I’ve only had one thing work for me), mainly due to my other problems. Anyways, I really enjoy your channel , just seein on paper the things you get up is wonderful, thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you!! It’s gotta be in our DNA. Half the stuff I do could be on my phone or in a computer but if I want paper, I will find the excuse I need to use it. 🤩
Oh the joy of washi stickers! They are wonderful because they're so thin and won't cause "bulk" to the Hobonichi Cousin. I think I need to get some stickers on temu. Oh, it's not like I need more, but I'm wanting some of those I see on your pages. Truly enjoy the flip through and seeing wonderful memories filled with color! I'm always in awe of those who share their planners/journals on these interwebs... haven't taken that leap yet. I'm grateful for your sharing, because it's inspiring to see such creativity.
🥹 Thank you so much. This is my first year sharing it - only because I think my friends were getting sick of me extolling the virtues of paper and watch me cramming it with STUFF while having a drink at the bar 😂. After researching for the Cousin, I figured if I enjoyed looking at sketchbook tours and flip throughs as much as I did, maybe I can find likeminded people who’d want to be voyeurs into mine. It’s working out so far! If you ever post pics or videos of yours, send me a link. I’d love to see. 🤗 And I need more washi stickers. If you have a good source, please share. Temu has served me well but I also get decision fatigue scrolling on the site. 🤦🏻♀️🫠 Thank you for being here!!!!
I laughed so hard as each sticker you pulled out, I yelled “I have those too!!” (Thanks Temu lol). Then you got to the stickers books, and me over here “I have those too!!” 😂😂. I have found that just putting the stickers into the sticker books is soooo relaxing. I just put on some Gilmore Girls in the background, and tetris in my stickers. Love it. The thin, paper like stickers are washi stickers. I like how they are much thinner and you can see through the edges when it’s down on the paper. This video was a fun watch and I loved all the edits, whooosh lol.
🤣😂 Thank you so much for this! I love it. And I’m glad you know what they’re called because I’m getting a little weird with the “tissue-y” description 😂 And you’re right. Putting stickers in the book IS relaxing. Feels meditative. Glad I’m not the only one. Whoosh!!!!!!😅
Thanks for being here! Check out more on my channel, like this one, where I break down how I use my planner for all my creative endeavors: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GjBpO6yQEb8.htmlv=TprSNhss164&list=UULF1-3A0zpyd_mveIG7WvnyZA
I had no idea what to do with my weeklies until i saw yours...YES! I have started using mine in a similar way, all words, stickers & colourful! Thanks for your video's
I looked very closely and the string is still in tact. I’ve since taken it out of this clear cover, which was always a little small. Another commenter suggested that the cover made it strain and perhaps contributed to the splitting. It seems happier in a bigger leather cover right now. I’d love to add more media to mine. Do you have yours displayed anywhere? I’m such a paper voyeur 🥸
