You are so welcome and best of luck to you on Monday. I wouldn't worry too much about those two terms. They are very similar but slightly different. Again, these are just simple definitions for the interview: The Communist Party a group that believes the government should own and control everything. Totalitarian party a group that believes the government should control everything that people do.

Your video is very helpful. Do I need all the address of 5 years. What should you suggest to do if I don’t remembered all the address where we move. Can we provide the address which we remember or can I provide only current address.
I am currently filling out the n400. I am currently stuck at the question about a step child. She lives with her mom. My husband pays child support. So I cant click yes. But can I click no without any problems? I have no evidence for this child.
I am applying under General provision and i have lived in only 1 address for the past 5 years. I have entered the current physical address but do i still have to enter the same address under the 'List all your addresses in that past 5 years section' even if i have lived in the same address for the past 5 years?
I did my application in January 2024 and i applied based on 3 years marriage and it still asked me the last 5 years of my previous work and address. I tried to put only 3 years and it didn’t let me to. Why?

My dad is a permanant resident since 2013 but he is staying overseas for more than 6 months every year , any chances of him to get qualified for citizenship? He lives 4 months approximately every year , I know it doesn`t look good but any chance ?
Very unlikely but if he can show strong ties to the US, maybe. Again, the applicant needs to provide the evidence. It is possible but it's not easy. If he's serious about getting the US citizenship, then I would suggest him to start staying in the US longer to meet the requirements.
Your video 3 years ago said that the answer is yes for a simple traffic ticket, now with the new n400 version you say that the answer is no? I'm confused
depending on when you filed your N-400. If you filed it before April 1st, 2024, then it should be "Yes" and if you file on or after April 1st, 2024, depending on the traffic ticket you got and what's involved. This question confuses a lot of applicants and USCIS tries to make it a bit more clearer with the new version.
I had my interview today, Jun 6 2024 and it is exactly the opposite of what Jackie says. I had filled out the form on April 21 and I interpreted the children question as if it wanted ONLY children under 18. I have two kids over 30 so I did not list them. But then today, at the interview, the guy asked me if I had children. When I said yes, he told me the form was confusing and that they *do* want to have all kids listed. So we did it right there and then. Now Jackie may well be correct, but if so my interviewer was saying the opposite. And bear in mind that he did know about the recent change. So if he is missing something it's not the fact that there has been a a change; it's his interpretation of what the change is.
