I'm starting my own routine, including 30 minutes trainings like this while sipping wine in between rest. I'm calling it "wino and cardio strength training" 😅 i feel the burn. I also do this right before bed so I'm all warm, fuzzy and sleepy.
If nothing else break it down i to 3 10 minutes or 2 15 minutes ..Its not all or nothing do what you can at this moment and progress from there .. its PEACE of mind JUST TO BEGIN. 😊😊😊😊
