Until yesterday, tsareena was able to counter unstoppable pkmn like Charizard and desidueye. It was a very much needed buff for tsareena but yesterday we found out that it was just a bug, and they patched it. So, if you tsareena unite some unstoppable pkmn, your unite will just cancel

So sorry for late reply, urshfu's unite move (rapid strike style) could also counter unstoppable pkmn with it number of hits.
