I guess why it's gone is because of Six Flags taking removing things that belonged to the park at the start! Just because of parks getting rid of good certain classic coasters that we loved, parks that have closed especially in Houston where we had Astroworld that I'm still bummed about! I'm glad I have roller coaster tycoon in my life! Amusement parks aren't what they're used to be anymore!
Grew up going to Adventure;and when visiting my grandmother in Des moines, it is a fun small regional park. I remember going on Underground on it's inaugural year. It was recently sold from the original owners family to Palace Entertainment who is doing upgrades every season since then.

Yes! Thankfully some of the parks were only an hour and a half away from each other so it was possible to do two parks in the same day. We did it twice with adventureland & lost island one day and valleyfair & nickelodeon universe the other day.
@@Kingdakev we’ve only got Blackpool,Alton towers and Thorpe park.apart from that,the others are a lot smaller.You could do theses 3 in 3 days but you have to pay separate.Six flags is way better than what we have here
They were a lot of fun. Twister towards the end didn’t have the best cycle in the world but catapult was always solid. I really miss catapult. I made a video about its history if you want to check it out.
Honestly a lot more than that as well. The addition of new landscaping, new entrance sign, ev chargers, new paint, new themed attractions, boomerang was there there the last time I went, but tons of other investments have made there way as well! The park looked amazing compared to my last visit.

Awesome video! Thanks for all the updates throughout construction. Question: Are the seats not using the technology that the pipeline uses with the springs or whatever causes it to move up and down?
@Kingdakev good idea. That will be next year when epic opens. I will have a nice handful of new coasters to ride. Will be down at least a week. All of universal, busch and seaworld.
@@Kingdakev Sea World is a horrrible park! What they do to animals. Keeping whales in bathtubs, dangerous breeding programs (well those are now gone), putting trainers at risk. The list goes on. And no, my comments are not only coming the the movie Blackfish. There are tons of documentation about how bad they are. Nuff said.
@mrchrisliddell ah so do I! That’s another one of my bucket list coasters! And yes I just got home! Ride it 4 times today. Twice in the front, twice in the back
They have to go for an extreme spinner its the one ride that can hold its own against epic universe. Anyone that has ever ridden ride to happiness at plopsaland in Belgium will tell you that it's that brilliant that they return numerous times just to ride that despite the rest of the park being a fairly average park full of rides for young kids. If you think of the average week long Orlando vacation once epic opens other parks such as SeaWorld, studios and animal kingdom will lose guests as the average guest has to drop something for day at epic. Seaworld getting mack extreme spinner means people will drop something else instead and at same time with it being unique and world class attracts people from further afield that wouldn't usually go SeaWorld
