Bien para tener de las suspenciones mas malas o duras que podrias poner para trial, esa suspensión está para overland o viajes a altas velocidades en caminos de tierra, pero para trial o un off road puro es con suspencion mas blanda de mas recorrido
Nice rigg..but really how much coin have you thrown at this to get a machine that would be outclassed in the mud by a suzuki...don't get me wrong mate...I'm a patrol man...but it really comes down to physics. Love the trolls...but tearing up tracks just cuz is so fuckin old skool bro. Nice work all the same.
Jacket_1985 nice. Mate you have a 200 series too? For me it was between a 200 or td42ti when i was looking. I was concern about running costs of the v8 toyota 1vd motor. I heard injectors were expensive
awesome fucken patrol, everything I've dreamed of anyway: duramax, lift, 37's, bars front and rear. absolute beast. keep up the good work and show us a couple vids of reincarnation. Cheers. BTW: FUCK THE HATERS!!!!!!!)
heath at pid. vince himself had done a fair bit of modification afterwards. this car is currently a shell waiting for new duramax and allison. didnt break it. just updating.
Nice!!! From what I can read on Wikipedia the Y61 is still manufactured and sold in some countries and Australia being one of them. Is this true?! They're unfortunately not sold in Sweden so I was thinking import. Also do you recommend any special liftkit and/or Aussie retailers concerning liftkits? 35" tires shouldn't be a problem right? Thanks!
+revolversntulips Yep these Y61s are still sold in Australia, they have a 3.0 Diesel engine (ZD30 - 151Kw @ wheels with installed chip & Exhaust, & EGR block) and Australia also has the Y62 Nissan Patrol V8 5.6 Petrol (VK56VD - 298Kw / 580Nm) which is the exact same engine used in the Nissan V8 Supercar Team. (although smaller displacement to 5.0L)Information from Nissan in Japan says that due to new 2016 EEGDR (Environmental Engine Gas Displacement Rules) the current ZD30 wont suit these rules (unless installs new environmental devices dropping 44kw) therefore due to the large popularity of the Y61 in Australia that there will be an engine replacement where from 2018, the Y61 will have the VX9 V6 Diesel left over from the Navara STX - 550 170kw / 550Nm. ( the EEGDR are the same reason the new Navaras moved to the new 2.3 118kw turbo /2.5 140kw TT versions)* Information above supplied in Dec 2015 media release in Japan by Roel de Vries, Nissan Global Marketing Director .
