Thank you for the positive support - but can I suggest that basic techniques are probably not the answer if someone "tries to drop you". ;) You might want a bit more training!
You and me are going to have some very fun interactions training ill 🤧🤢 you'll see what I mean in time maybe you can get me back up to fighting fit who knows I suppose the important question is why would I need to be at the moment I would struggle with anything beyond a street thug haven't trained in years
@@MissingLinkMartialArts you certainly know your stuff a lot of instructors just phone it in the whole missing link thing is an interesting idea informal formal of martial arts about time 🤗
I had a co-student at Cologne University who had been a competitive swimmer and diver - she went training while having a flue and it destroyed her heart. These things can be career enders! Mark Spitz said in an interview that swimming with a cold can kill him. I thought he exaggerated, but saw a lot of these cases. Now you and I are not top athletes, but still worth looking after our health. In the end, martial arts is our life(style).
@@MissingLinkMartialArts Yes. I see that. But having trained with you lot bare-foot, what we kungfu-people so seldom do it is simply nice to see you all in footwear for a change.
