catching up on all these old clips and man Conan REALLY escalated the situation and idk much about nopixel police protocol but man the first minute of this video is like the definition of insubordination to your superior, and more so later on in the video Conan is writing the narrative to be much more favorable in his favor. He didn't mention he was swearing to his superior on the radio, egging Kyle on, like what?
Before i say anything I'll say 3.0 crane was the best thing that happened to the doj for the fairness that was needed. Before crane, came around there, was a lot of fuckery in pd and doj. In 4.0 however like others have said where he failed is at facilitating roleplay. But i would say it was a step deeper, through the council he was denying and sabotaging roleplay in my opinion. Whether unintentionally or on purpose but it did happen regardless. I just think crane lost some perspective. People liked him so much in 3.0 because he was an unbiased force for change for the better. In 4.0 he was clearly biased. Now thats not to ignore all the hundreds of hours of work he did, but i think he needs this break and especially to play on crim a bit.
The Council was supposed to control the city and make things run smooth. However everyone got power hungry, and decided to dictate peoples role-play. Thats where they went wrong
I always though Crane was pretty smart and good RP I just think the council as a whole massively failed at facilitating RP/content for others. Putting Carmine in charge of the prison was the best thing they did to be honest...

you can tell ramee literally did zero engineer work, an actual engineer would have to tie someone down to make them listen to the technical parts of their work.
